Getting Started with Sports Draft Daily
Step 1: Choose Your Match
In the Lobby choose the Match that you would like to enter. You can enter as many matches and teams as you’d like.
Step 2: Draft Your Team
After you have entered a Match, you will then need to select a fantasy team for that days games. Just fill in your roster while staying under the salary cap, selecting no more than 3 players per NFL team, and you’re all set to play.
Step 3: Watch Live Scoring & Win!
Your players will receive points based on how they perform in the real life games. If your roster accumulates more points than your competitors, you win the match and any prizes that go along with it. No more waiting 6 months to collect your winnings, you get them that day!
Rules
In addition to our Terms and Conditions contests at Sports Draft Daily are governed by the following set of rules:
You must be 18 years of age or over and a resident of the USA or Canada to make a deposit or play in any Sports Draft Daily game that carries an entry fee or prize. If you are a resident of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, or Vermont, you cannot play on Sports Draft Daily for real money. Each player on Sports Draft Daily is allowed to maintain only one active account. Any penalties associated with two unauthorized concurrent accounts are at the discretion of Sports Draft Daily, but may include the closing of all accounts associated and possibly withholding of any cash if we determine the cash has been obtained or won in a fraudulent manner.
There are certain behaviors that are detrimental to other players on the Sports Draft Daily site and the company itself. By engaging in such behaviors, you may face a full suspension of your account or partial suspension of certain actions afforded to your account. A suspended player is expected to respect any actions imposed on their Sports Draft Daily player account and all correspondence regarding restoring your account should take place with Sports Draft Daily support and not through other venues.
Sports Draft Daily may require users to reform their site user names if it is deemed to be offensive. If the requirement to change the user name is ignored, Sports Draft Daily may change a player’s user name. Any requirements to change a username will be determined at Sports Draft Daily’s sole discretion.
All featured games that are offered on Sports Draft Daily have a guaranteed prize (or prizes) regardless of the number of entrants. Any games that are created by our users, and not Sports Draft Daily administrators, will be required to fill the allotted entries in order to officially run. In the event that a user created game does not fill prior to the start time, that game will be cancelled and all entry fees will be refunded back to the users accounts.
In the event that you wish to cancel an entry into a game that has yet to both fill and start, you can submit a support ticket stating your wishes. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to remove your entry in time, but if we are able to, your entry fee will be refunded back to your account. Any games that have filled will not be able to cancel an entry. Only those games that have not yet filled will be possible to cancel an entry.
In the event that a NFL game is postponed or canceled, any players that you have selected for that game will receive zero points.
A game is considered suspended if it is unfinished, but to be completed in the future. If this occurs, the statistics compiled prior to the suspension of the NFL game will count towards Sports Draft Daily games.
Players being traded may impact games that have already been created with the players remaining on their old teams. The player database on Sports Draft Daily is updated once, each night. Because games are created as much as five or six days in advance, traded players may appear on their old team for that weeks games. Also note that in some instances a player you have selected may no longer be available in a game, which includes their old team, but not their new team. In that case, you'll need to select a replacement or be credited with zero points for the player.
Note that on the day a player is traded, they may still be listed for their old team in the draft screen. If they are traded to another team, which is part of the same game in which you have chosen them, you will still receive points for their performance. These points may not be reflected accurately during live scoring, but will count at game settlement time. Also note that game settlement may be delayed in order to ensure accuracy.
Most importantly, please note that in very rare cases a player is traded early enough in the day that they are able to play for their new team. If they are traded from a team with a late game to a team with an early game, you may be able to select them in late games running on the site, already knowing how they performed that day. In this situation, you will receive zero points for their performance.
You may deposit money into your Sports Draft Daily account using PayPal. Credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express can all be used via PayPal as well. You do not require a PayPal account to make deposits with a credit card. If you have any problems depositing money, simply click on our Live Chat button on the site, or give us a call.
We try to settle games and run payments as quickly as possible, but must ensure we do so accurately. Most games are settled shortly after the last NFL game finishes. However, to settle we have to wait until our third party stats provider has reported all the player statistics. This lets us ensure that the final box scores are complete. Please note there can sometimes be last minute changes to official scoring. If there is difficulty obtaining official results or issues with scoring, the game may be settled the following day.
You can withdraw your money at any time. Simply click on the Withdraw link on the My Account page and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. We'll then transfer the money to you via PayPal. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 48 hours or the next working day if the request is received over the weekend. We also conduct anti-fraud checks on playing patterns and deposits prior to processing a withdrawal. For withdrawals of $500 or over we also offer withdrawal by check, though this may take up to a week to process. For withdrawals over $600 we require a valid mailing address and social security number in order to file the appropriate tax forms at year end.
During the games we receive live scoring from our stats provider, Sports Data LLC. After the game has ended they pass us a final box score for the game. After we receive and confirm the box scores for all the day's games we then settle all entries. However, very rarely, the leagues and stats provider revise the box scores after the final box score has been released. In the event of this occurring the player scores on Sports Draft Daily will not be updated and the settlements will not be revised. Note that this is not the same situation as a case where a correction needs to be made after settlement due to a problem with the data feed or the settlement process. In these cases the settlement process (including payment) may be reversed and games resettled correctly.
